Sessions take place on Zoom. Each is bespoke and involves tailored support pre and post breathwork.

1:1 package of 8 sessions $1,330 (8th session on me)

I believe the greatest benefit comes from committing to a consistent practice. This package includes 1:1 support via email throughout the process.

  • Glaucoma

  • High blood pressure

  • Cardiovascular disease

  • Family history of aneurysm

  • Strokes and neurological conditions 

  • Severe osteoporosis

  • Schizophrenia

  • History of panic attacks or psychosis

  • Recent injury or surgery
